At House of Wyvern, every product is made specially for you after your order is placed. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation


Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the production process has started, the order cannot be canceled.


2. Returns


Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


- Wrong size selected by the customer.

- Change of mind after the order is placed.

- Slight variations in color due to screen settings.

- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products


If you receive:


- A damaged product.

- A defective product.

- The wrong item or wrong size sent by us.


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


- Your order number.

- Clear photos of the product.

- Photos of the packaging and shipping label.


After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.


4. Refunds


Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


5. Exchange Policy


We currently do not offer size exchanges. Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order.


6. Shipping Delays


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. House of Wyvern is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
